Juve: idea of Zaza for Valencia, but Napoli remain in the mirror. Details
There remains serious interest in Simone Zaza, the Juventus striker currently on-loan at West Ham United. Having made an indifferent to life in the Premier League, there is already talk that he will be leaving the Hammers before completing 10 games for the club, which would activate his buy-out clause.
According to Levante-emv.com, new Valencia coach Cesare Prandelli is interested in bringing him to the Mestalla should he call time on his career in East London. The former Italian national team boss knows Zaza well having worked with him on international duty. There are also reports that the recent cruciate knee ligament injury picked up by Arek Milik on international duty for Poland, may force Napoli back into the January transfer window to try to find a replacement.
25-year-old Zaza was close to a switch to the San Paolo in the summer before finally opting for the Premier League. He has come under heavy criticism after some disappointing displays after the Hammers’ poor start to the new campaign.
