Juve: Dybala could be in the squad for Genoa
Juventus have returned to Italy after securing their safe passage into the last 16 of the Champions League and there’s more good news for the bianconeri concerning striker Paulo Dybala.
The 23-year-old Argentine frontman is set to commence training with the first-team on Thursday and there are reports that he may even be convened by coach Massimo Allegri for Sunday’s trip to face Genoa. The coach has admitted that he won’t rush the player back into action despite the recent injury to Gonzalo Higuain depriving the bianconeri of their two first-choice strikers.
Last night in Sevilla, Allegri pushed Juan Cuadrado and Alex Sandro up front to support lone striker Mario Mandzukic and his side overcame a plucky opponent who played an hour of the match win just ten players after former Palermo midfielder Franco Vazquez was sent-off. News of Dybala’s impending return however, will be music to the ears of bianconeri fans.
