Inter: also Cuadrado on target. AC Milan: Honda stays

Inter Milan keeps on seeking a midfielder, and, as reported in the last days, the favourite option of their coach Roberto Mancini –Manchester City 32-year-old Yaya Touré- seems always more difficult to reach: Mancini has contacted again the Ivorian international, but –according to the Corriere dello Sport- the nerazzurri’s president Erick Thohir is ready to swoop immediately on Monaco 22-year-old Geoffrey Kondogbia; moreover, as reported yesterday, the nerazzurri have carried out the negotiation for Legia Warsaw 20-year-old Ondrej Duda, and this could ease the departure from “San Siro” of same aged Mateo Kovacic; also 28-year-old right wingback Yuto Nagatomo could leave –perhaps to Germany- , and to replace the Japanese international, the Lombard club –as reported by Tuttosport- is thinking about Chelsea 27-year-old Juan Guilherme Cuadrado, arrived four months ago from Fiorentina for 33 million euros but who has not got used to the new ambiance. Moreover, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter executives have met their Bayern Munich’s and have asked them for 28-year-old center back Mehdi Benatia, valued about 22 million euros by his current club.
Another Japanese player –city rivals AC Milan attacking midfielder Keisuke Honda- seems on the contrary intended to remain at “San Siro”: as reported by calciomercato.com, in fact, the 28-year-old has decided to honour his contract, despite the offers received from England and Germany.
