Jovetic not called for tomorrow’s Inter game. Fiorentina deal close?
Inter will automatically activate their € 14.5 buy-out clause to sign Jovetic on a permanent after Jojo’s next official appearance with the club or if the Serie A giants sit in any of the last three position of the Serie A table in December 2016.
Fiorentina are in transfer talks to get their old star on a season-long permanent deal, though an agreement between the two clubs have not been closed yet as Inter would prefer to add a compulsory buy-out clause.
With just four days left before the end of the transfer window, however, Inter could decide to accept Fiorentina’s conditions in order to save the player’s € 3 million a year salary.
Negotiations are ongoing, Fiorentina are hopeful that an agreement can be found at the beginning of next week.
