    IT'S OFFICIAL: Alex Teixeira joins Jiangsu Suning

    It's official: Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Alex Teixeira has joined CPL club Jiangsu Suning, the same club that had tried to reel in both Luiz Adriano (who left because the club couldn't offer him the guarantees he wanted) and Fredy Guarin. 

    Calciomercato.com broke the news before anyone else earlier this week, shortly after we revealed that Atletico Madrid star Jackson Martinez would also be joining the Far East goldrush. 

    The news was announced today by the Ukrainian club itself, on both its website and social media.
