Is Paulo Sousa getting along with Fiorentina's ownership?

"Paulo Sousa agreed with 80% of our January acquisitions".

Fiorentina General Manager Andrea Rogg's words to the media yesterday may well reveal that there is friction between the club and Coach Paulo Sousa.

What  does he mean? Basically, Tello, Tino Costa and Zarate were part of Sousa's plans. Benalouane and Kone? Not so much.

The former Swansea, Leicester City and Basel manager wanted a quality defender in the transfer window, something we repeated on a number of occasions. Lisandro Lopez was his first choice, though River Plate defender Mammana would have also been all right with the Portuguese coach.

According to Rogg, Fiorentina put an end to negotiations when the Argentine club said it wanted to keep a share in its product.

Yohan Benalouane is considered to be just another guy, and is still carrying an injury that should keep him out of the Bologna game.

Simply put, he'll have to do his talking on the turk, where Champions League qualification would be enough to earn at least another year.
