Novara are desperately looking to strengthen their squad in January as they hope to avoid relegation at the end of the season. Filippo Inzaghi is reportedly on their radar given that the striker is looking to leave Milan.

Inzaghi has several admirers including Parma and Sampdoria but the striker has underlined his desire to remain in the top division.

“We are focused on the next games against Juventus and Palermo so I don’t want to talk about transfers,” claimed Novara DS Mauro Pederzoli.

“It’s too early yet although we will be very active in January,” he told Radio Sportiva. Novara have also been linked to Genoa striker Andrea Caracciolo.
