Erick Thohir and Massimo Morratti are prepared to relinquish 20% of Inter to the Suning Commerce Group. Negotiations are at an advanced stage and a deal, which is set to land the two men €80 million, could be closed shortly.
 

The cash injection from Suning would not have significant ramifications on the transfer budget but will, according to Tuttosport, be the trump card in bringing Ivorian midfielder Yaya Toure to Serie A. Coach Roberto Mancini has specifically asked club executives to bring the Manchester City man to the San Siro for next season.
 

The deal with the Premier League club will be made easier by the arrival of Pep Guardiola, who has a frosty relationship with Toure, but it’s the contract offered to the player where Suning’s investment would be crucial. The Ivorian would be looking for a two-year-deal with a sizeable salary whilst Suning would want a clause written into any agreement that would make it possible for the 32-year-old to eventually be passed over to Chinese Super-League side Jiangsu – the club that is under their control.
