Inter want Southampton regista Clasie as an alternative to Biglia
Well, Mancini has one principal objective for his Inter team: despite doing well and earning fourth place this season, the former Sampdoria legend believes his Nerazzurri need someone in the middle of the park, a passer good enough to dictate the play.
Lucas Biglia is the favoured target, but it is well known that Claudio Lotito is a tough negotiator, and paying close to €30 million to someone the wrong side of 25 doesn't make great business sense.
There is an alternative: the Dutch Xavi, Jordy Clasie. Though he's not played lights out at Southampton, whose manager Ronaldo Koeman really appreciates him and pulled a lot of strings to have him brought over to Saint Mary's.
