Inter: still keen on Toure. AC Milan: back for Okaka

Inter Milan keep on dealing with the situation of their forward Mauro Icardi, who has not yet signed his new contract: last night it seemed that the Argentina international was about to put pen to paper on his new four-year-deal with the nerazzurri, but, as reported by gazzetta.it, the meeting between the Lombard club’s executives and Albian Morano –agent of the former Sampdoria player- has finally been postponed. Who seems definitely intended to leave is 20-year-old Mateo Kovacic, who, as reported yesterday, seems to be a concrete target for Barcelona: according to Tuttosport, to let the Croatia international leave, Inter have asked the Catalan club for 27-year-old forward Pedro and same-aged midfielder Alexandre Song. In any case, the nerazzurri still hope to sign 31-year-old Yaya Touré, even though the Citizens have offered a new deal to the Ivory Coast international and the possibility to become a club’s executives: the player’s agent seems in fact still sceptic about the English team’s manager Manuel Pellegrini’s attitude towards his client.
City rivals AC Milan keep on seeking a new forward, and, as reported by Il Secolo XIX, are still keen on Sampdoria 29-year-old Stefano Okaka: the Italy international, who has not yet extended his deal with the blucerchiati –currently expiring in June 2016- is also a target for some German clubs.
