Inter scout Lindelof as possible alternative to Murillo
Their early season struggles are mainly centred on the defence, and especially Colombian centre-back Jeison Murillo, who struggled against Palermo and had a shocker against loanee Gianluca Caprari on Sunday.
With no real alternatives on the bench, it appears that the Nerazzurri are interested in Swedish defender Viktor Lindelof. It has been confirmed, in fact, that the Swede was watched by an Inter scout in Benfica’s Champions League tie with Besiktas last night.
Otherwise, Hoffenheim centre-backs Fabian Schar and Niklas Sule are also on the radar, not to mention Domagoj Vida, who started for Croatia this summer at Euro 2016.
