Inter move forward for Joao Mario, but Inter has a plan B... Ramires
Inter continues to push for Joao Mario; the Sporting Lisbon midfielder is the gift from the Suning Group to new coach Frank de Boer. Negotiations with the 23-year-old Portuguese international are at an advance stage and the nerazzurri hope to get their man. Should the deal not materialise however, there is a plan B.
RAMIRES ON STAND-BY
Brazilian Ramires, once of Chelsea, is believed to be Inter’s alternative option according to Corriere dello Sport. The 29-year-old is currently in the Far-East playing with Jiangsu Suning, the other squad owned by Zhang Jindong. There was talk of a possible move for the player in June but now he could arrive on-loan at the San Siro if the Joao Mario deal collapses.
