Inter, mission for Driussi the "Interista"

Massimiliano Mirabelli, head of Inter’s scouting network is heading to South America to try to discover some new talent to the disposal of Roberto Mancini. The names in his notebook are spread out between Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay and many will be observed. One of these names is Sebastian Driussi, a player who is adept at playing out wide or a second striker and who is currently learning his trade at River Plate.

    THE VERDICT
Having been at Los Millonarios since he was 11, Driussi has scored at whatever level he has represented the club. Inter have been monitoring his progress since 2013, when he was one of the stars for Argentina at the Under 17 World Cup finals. Now the nerazzurri want to know if he’s ready to come to Europe and if the feedback from Mirabelli is positive, then a bid of around €8-10 million will be offered to River Plate.

    INTER IS HIS DESTINY
The 20-year-old has already given a clear indication of where he would like to play when stating that; “Sooner or later I would like to come to Europe. Would I like to play for Juventus? In Italy, my favourite team has always been Inter”.
