    Inter gunning for Leno

Despite the game lost to Fiorentina, Inter Milan keep on leading the Serie A standing, but their executives have probably realized that the team is still missing something, especially regarding its flank: as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, 27-year-old Danilo D’Ambrosio –who, during the last transfer window has refused some offers received from England- and 28-year-old Yuto Nagatomo –who is also required abroad- will certainly leave during the next transfer window; moreover, as reported in the last days, 24-year-old Martin Montoya, currently on loan from Barcelona, seems intended to move back to the “Camp Nou”; for these reasons, the nerazzurri are ready to swoop on Hellas Verona 24-year-old Jacopo Sala, who can play both as a full back and as an external midfielder. Meanwhile, as reported by Tuttosport, 31-year-old goalkeeper Samir Handanovic is about to extend his deal with the Lombardian club until June 2019; Inter are in any case already seeking the heir of the Slovenia international, and last night in Barcelona their Sporting Director Piero Ausilio has had the chance to observe Bayer Leverkusen 23-year-old Bernd Leno. Also 27-year-old center back Andrea Ranocchia seems intended to leave the nerazzurri: the Italy international –as outlined by La Gazzetta dello Sport- could join city rivals AC Milan to replace 33-year-old Philippe Mexes, who –as reported yesterday- seems henceforth intended to join Fiorentina.
