Inter Milan keep on seeking a new midfielder, even if, as outlined by calciomercato.com, one of their current ones seems intended to stay: the nerazzurri, in fact, considering the amount paid last year to Lazio, can’t afford to put the Brazil international on sale; one of the Lombard club’s main options is 29-year-old James Milner, whose contract with Manchester City is about to expire, but the England international –according to the Daily on Sunday- is also tracked by Liverpool, who are also interested in another Inter’s target, the Citizens’ 25-year-old forward Stevan Jovetic: even in this case, the nerazzurri may not need to reinforce their offensive line, as 21-year-old Mauro Icardi has told last night Sky Sport that he will remain at “San Siro” for the next season too. The Lombard club will have for sure to reinforce its team’s flank, as 29-year-old Jonathan Cicero Moreira, but also 28-year-old Yuto Nagatomo could leave: as confirmed by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter are thinking about Sassuolo 23-year-old Sime Vrsaljko, even though there have been no concrete attemps for the moment. Also city rivals AC Milan are seeking a new midfielder, and, as well known, are keen on Atalanta 22-year-old Daniele Baselli: the orobici’s Director of Football Pierpaolo Marino has confirmed that the rossoneri have a priority for the player, but that also Fiorentina are concretely interested: Baselli is in fact admired by the viola’s coach Vincenzo Montella, who is by the way one of the candidates for Milan’s bench.
