Juve: message from Mata. Milan: Schalke after Torres

Juventus' executives remain extremely active on the transfer market, especially for what concerns their team's flank, and, as well known, one of their main targets for such position is Manchester United 26-year-old Juan Mata: interviewed by El Pais, the Spanish winger has assured to be happy at the Red Devils, but has admitted that everything can happen regarding his future. On the English market, the bianconeri remain attentive to the situation of 29-year-old forward Lukas Podolski, whose contract with Arsenal will expire at the end of the current season: the Germany international is considered a target for Tottenham too, but through his Twitter profile, the player has assured that he will never join the city rivals. On the other hand, the Serie A defending champions' goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon has declared that he has not extended his contract with the Piedmont's club yet, but there will be no problems; according to Sportmediaset, an agreement between the two parties has already been found on a three-year-deal basis. Juve are also tracking some young talents, like FC Porto 17-year-old midfielder Ruben Neves, but, as reported by the Daily Mirror, to obtain the Portuguese talent, the bianconeri will have to compete with Liverpool too. On the contrary, interviewed by Sky Sport, Empoli Sporting Director Marcello Carli has confirmed the possibility for 20-year-old defender Daniele Rugani to join the Serie A defending champions.
As outlined in the last days, AC Milan 30-year-old forward Fernando Torres has not yet get used to his new ambiance: according to Bild, Schalke 04 new coach Roberto Di Matteo would like to obtain the Spaniard; on the other hand, as reported by the Corriere dello Sport, Manchester City are interested in the rossoneri's attacking midfielder Keisuke Honda.
