Inter coach Frank de Boer spoke to Mediaset Premium after seeing his side held to a 1-1 draw by Bologna at San Siro today. When asked about the crucial late miss from defender Andrea Ranocchia he replied; “Andrea had a great game even though he missed that last minute opportunity”. He continued, “In the first 20 minutes we were poor but then we improved and we created many chances to win the game, I’m happy overall with the performance of my team”.
 

When asked about the late introduction of Gabigol, de Boer stated that; “It wasn’t easy to make his debut with all the pressure on him. He did quite well but he knows he can do better but it’s his first step with Inter”. Finally on why he substituted Geoffrey Kondogbia after just 28 minutes he replied; “When a player does not want to listen he will keep making the same mistakes”.
