Inter considering sale of Tottenham target Marcelo Brozovic
Brozovic, 23, was due to extend his stay at the club signing a new contract at the end of the summer transfer window, but an argument with manager Frank De Boer has put new contract talks on hold. The Croatia International returned to the pitch last Thursday against Sotuhampton and was sent off in the second half, but De Boer surprisingly decided to start him again against Atalanta with the former Dynamo Zagreb who failed to impress at the Atleti Azzurri d’Italia yesterday.
Not only he did not play well, but his behaviour did not impress neither the manager, nor the Suning chiefs who are now considering to sell the 23-year-old midfielder to a foreign club.
Brozovic had been a target of Juventus, but Inter are not open to sell one of their players to a direct rival. Tottenham are said one of the clubs interested in welcoming the services of the troublesome midfielder who could be available in the January window for € 20 million.
