Inter may make a surprising offer to Juventus as the Nerazzurri are interested in swapping Sulley Muntari for Eljero Elia. The Nerazzurri have had a terrible start to the season and need to strengthen their squad in January.

Coach Claudio Ranieri is reportedly a big fan of the Dutch winger, who is currently unsettled in Turin. Juventus are willing to sell but it well have to been seen whether they would swap Elia for a player like Muntari.

Inter are in desperate need of wingers and also looking at Juan Manuel Vargas from Fiorentina and Matias Schelotto from Atalanta.
