    Inter center back Miranda: 'I will stay'

    Arrived last summer from Atletico Madrid, the Brazilian defender Joao Miranda has become a key player for Inter Milan too. Recently, there have been also some rumors regarding AS Roma, Manchester United and Bayern Munich’s interest for the 31-year-old.
    Today, the former Sao Paulo man told Globoesporte: “Will I leave Inter if they won’t qualify for the Champions League? I don’t think so, there is a lot of speculation”.
    “I am focused on doing my best for Inter” he added. “My goal is to help Inter to play again the Champions League. If it won’t be this year, it will be the next one. Inter is one of the main clubs in Europe, and I like challenges. I want them to be back where they deserve to be”.
