Interviewed by calciomercato.com, Diego Tavano, agent of the French player, said: “Sebastien is a first choice, he’s not a backup or a low cost solution: he’s one of the best center backs in Italy, there has been a lot of interest, but Genoa is very happy with the player, and he’s attached to the club and its fans”
“Milan, Inter, Napoli and Fiorentina? I know that he has many suitors. If we will receive a concrete offer –and until now, it’s not the case- we’ll talk about it” he added “He’s not for sale, Genoa know how to protect their players. If they will decide to let him go, it won’t be for a loan, but, I repeat, he’s happy at Genoa and Genoa is happy with them”
