Inter, abandon their pursuit of Calleri
Inter’s pursuit of Argentine striker Jonathan Calleri looks to be over. Reports coming into calciomercato.com, cite economic problems surrounding the purchase of the player to be the mitigating factor. The nerazzurri almost managed to claim the 22-year-old last January, but now they will look elsewhere.
RETURN TO MILIK
Sporting Director Ausilio is now evaluating other profiles and one of those is young Ajax striker Arkadiusz Milik. In regards to Calleri, the 22-year-old, who is owned by Boca Juniors but is currently on loan to Brazilian club San Paolo, could even remain where he is next season after the President stated they would like to extend his loan period. The path towards Milik now looks much simpler.
