    Ibrahimovic: ‘Guardiola isn’t a man’

Swedish superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic has blasted former manager Pep Guardiola.

Having moved to the Nou Camp in exchange for Samuel Eto’o and £40 million, the PSG striker failed to live up to the bill, despite scoring the winner in his first Clasico derby against Read Madrid. That same season, moreover, his former side Inter Milan won the coveted Champions League, beating Ibra’s Barcelona in the semi-finals.

A few years after blasting the Catalan coach and two-time Champions League winner, Ibrahimovic charged into the fray once more.

“Barcelona was like a team assembled on the Playstation, it was perfect in every way," Ibrahimovic told CNN.

“Pep was fantastic from a technical perspective, the team was able to achieve excellent results with him.

“I can’t say as much for his human side: I don’t think he’s a man.”

The man who led the Nerazzurri to that European triumph, Jose Mourinho, came in for some praise.

“We had some great times, one career can’t always be spent at the top”.
