Milan manager Sinisa Mihajlovic talked to media ahead the Milan’s derby scheduled for Sunday evening.

“I can see some improvement in my team. We are more balanced and we have our own identity now. Everyone knows each other much better now compared to the first leg match against Inter and all player are accustomed to the workload.”

“We need to improve in front of goal and close games first. We are not going to have lot of chances tomorrow and we have to make the most of all of them, otherwise, winning is going to be very hard.”

“On Tuesday (against Alessandria in Coppa Italia) I had the confirmation that some players are still not in shape, like [Mario] Balotelli and [Kevin-Prince] Boateng.”

“Winning against us can be very difficult. We are going to play as we’ve always done. If we won’t win, it’ll be very important not to lose. A draw it’s not enough, by the way. We always play to win games.”

“If you look at the table now, Barbara Berlusconi is totally right, but I think that if we’ll finish above, she’d be happy too.”

“What I envy them is their position on the table, because it’s better than ours’.”

“Eder is an amazing player. I’d prefer him to join Inter on Monday, but he’s definitely a great signing. I’ve lost count of how many players they bought. I guess Panini will have to add a page in their sticker album. Joking apart, you need to give credit to Inter because Eder is a great signing.”

“I spoke to Niang, he didn’t want to leave Milan, while Bacca has to improve the dialogue on the pitch with his teammates.”
