CSKA Moscow confirmed that Lazio are negotiating the transfer of Japanese ace Keisuke Honda.

The attacking midfielder arrived in Russia exactly one year ago from Dutch team VVV Venlo.

CSKA President Yevgeny Giner told Radio Mayak: “Lazio have sent their emissary here for the player. We keep negotiating although we haven’t found an agreement yet. At the moment, there is a 2-3M gap between offer and demand but I believe it can be covered tomorrow”.
