Has Chelsea target Maksimovic already signed a pre-contract agreement with Napoli?
Napoli are known to be a club that usually take very long to close agreements with players, especially when it comes to negotiate image rights.
Various Italian newspapers confirm that Nikola Maksimovic is close to joining Napoli for a transfer fee close to € 30 million, unless Chelsea decide to match the partenopei’s offer.
In that case, Cairo would sell the Serbian defender to Conte and not his Serie A rivals.
Cm.com pundit Giovanni Scotto, however, reports that the 24-year-old defender might have already signed a pre-contract agreement with Napoli, whilst Chelsea have no agreement with the player yet, which means Napoli only need to agree the player’s transfer fee with Torino.
