Berlusconi has to pay 560m penalty...has he got the money to acquire new players?
AC Milan president and Italian Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi, has been ordered to pay 560 million euro penalty to Compagnie Industriali Riunite (CIR) after a long-running legal dispute over a corruption case. On the 15th of June, Berlusconi told some friends: "Where will I find the money to acquire new players if I have to pay the penalty?"
