Germany supersub Schweinsteiger to hold talks with Man Utd Coach Mourinho
The German international is also set to hold talks with Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho in order to talk about his future.
Dogged by injuries, the 31-year-old has only made 18 Premier League appearances in the current campaign, scoring one goal.
