It looks like Mamadou Sakho has plenty of clubs interested in signing him.
According to Le Parisien, the former PSG defender is now being chased by Inter and AC Milan, both Serie A giants wanting to add to their back lines.
Sakho hasn’t played a single minute of Premier League action this season, being frozen out by Coach Jurgen Klopp following an incident this summer, when the 26-year-old was sent home from tour for turning up late to training, even nearly missing a flight.
The former PSG captain’s deal expires in 2020, and is also being chased by the likes of Marseille, who are looking for someone to replace Karim Rekik.
It’s not been easy for the Milanese sides: the absences of either Gabriel Paletta or the recently-injured Alessio Romagnoli tend to be very bad news for the Rossoneri, who really don’t seem to have any options whatsoever to back up their starters.
Inter, for their part, are still looking for an alternative to Jeison Murillo, who is taking his time in developing alongside the veteran Joao Miranda.
Sakho, on the other hand, will look forward to bouncing back after his 2016-2017 season was marred by a drugs ban.
