Frank De Boer is still game-to-game at Inter
That said, Coach Frank De Boer, the man who would have the most to celebrate, can’t be too optimistic yet: his fate is still very much in the balance.
After all, Inter have their AGM on Friday, where De Boer supporter Erick Thohir will be absent, the Indonesian magnate and club president forced to return home because of his father’s precarious conditions.
Before leaving, however, Thohir confirmed that “All of us, Suning, management and myself support De Boer. We can survive if we stick together”.
