Former Liverpool midfielder linked with Besiktas move

Former Liverpool midfielder Alberto Aquilani is being linked with a move to Besiktas. The Turkish club have also targeted Aquilani’s compatriot Mario Balotelli has the club’s president revealed earlier today that both parties are interested in completing Super Mario’s switch to the club.

Aquilani spent the last season at Sporting CP scoring three goals in 19 appearances. The product of AS Roma academy has also played with Juventus and Fiorentina in Serie A trhoughout his career.
