FOCUS: Milan seek another center back
As at least two center backs will leave in the next days, and Cristian Zapata is still recovering from an injury, the Paraguayan won’t be sufficient.
The Lombard club could swoop again for Villarreal 26-year-old Mateo Musacchio, but as the investment for Gomez was quite important, they will probably make an attempt for a free agent, like Alvaro Arbeloa and Martin Caceres. The latter is very close to Fiorentina, but he would prefer a transfer to San Siro.
