FOCUS: How Roma can help Inter for Candreva
Now, after the injury suffered by Mario Rui, the giallorossi are seeking a new full back, and they are thinking about two Inter players indeed, Davide Santon and Dodò himself.
For what concerns Santon, the Lombard club had reached an agreement with Sunderland on a €6m transfer fee basis, while Roma don’t want to sign the player on permanent deal, but they are in any case ready to pay €2 million for the loan. On the contrary, the Roman club could renounce to one of the installments of Dodò’s transfer to bring the latter back to the Olimpico.
However, considering the recent transfer of Juan Jesus, Inter would earn about €5 million from the giallorossi; such amount corresponds to the first installment of Antonio Candreva’s transfer fee. This way, Roma wouldn’t just find Mario Rui’s substitute but also weaken their city rivals Lazio.
