FOCUS: French trio after AC Milan winger Menez

Jeremy Menez has left AC Milan’s American tour to move back to Italy: officially because of a muscular injury, in the reality to follow what’s going on the transfer market: the French winger is not part of Vincenzo Montella’s projects, and the rossoneri are ready to let him go for free, considering that he has just one year left on his contract but also an extremely high salary.

The 29-year-old has many suitors, especially in his home country: the latest club to have shown an interest is –as reported by L’Equipe- Bordeaux, but the Girondins –as well as Guingamp- don’t seem to be an agreeable option for the former AS Roma man, who asks for a high salary and a prestigious club.

The priority for Menez remains Monaco, but the Rouge et Blanc have too many forwards at the moment; for this reason, the player keeps also on talking with Marseille, while some offers arrived from China have been refused.
