FOCUS: AC Milan striker Luiz Adriano still for sale

In Italy –and in most European countries- the transfer window is henceforth closed, but in other continents, especially in China, the clubs can still sign some new players. In addition, some Chinese players keep on tracking AC Milan striker Luiz Adriano.

Last month, the transfer of the Brazil international to Jiangsu Suning failed, but the 28-year-old could still move to the Super League. Before deciding to swoop on other targets, Hebei Fortune have shown a concrete interest, while Alberto Zaccheroni’s Bejing Gouan are ready to make a new offer for the former Shakhtar Donetsk man, after that the rossoneri have refused €10 million. The Lombard club is not intentioned to make a discount, while Luiz Adriano himself has become quite sceptic about joining a Chinese club, after that his transfer to Jiangsu failed for financial reasons.

Moreover, Milan forward Mbaye Niang has suffered an injury during the game against Udinese: if the young Frenchman will have to remain out of the pitch for a long time, it will be extremely difficult for the Brazilian striker to leave.
