With Mati Fernandez and Marcos Alonso close to renewing their contracts with the Viola, Tuttosport report that Paulo Sousa’s side is looking to reinforce its midfield.
The Tuscan side’s main target is a familiar face, namely Gremio’s combative midfielder Walace. Fiorentina need someone to give Matias Vecino and Milan Badelj a rest, and considered the 20-year-old enforcer during the summer before looking elsewhere.
