Ferrero tells all: 'It's as if Cassano is hurting Sampdoria on purpose'
Now, it's official.
“Cassano is no longer a part of Sampdoria,” Ferrero told Radio CRC, “but he’s refusing any of the solutions that we’ve offered him, and I don’t understand why, and he’s now off the squad”.
“He’s behaved very badly with me, and this should serve him as a lesson, gratitude is optional in football, people only focus on money and on silly feuds.
“Cassano has decided to train alone and to avt the victim, and I don’t understand him because he’s a good kid, but he’s badly advised.
“It’s as if he was getting revenge on Samp, he shook my hand in June and told me that he would leave when the team changed Coaches. Yet Montella is gone, and he’s still here, he’s hurting himself, and it breaks my heart”.
