EXCLUSIVE Romano: Juventus tighten the noose for Faragò, Lapadula
According to our sources, they've already let Novara know that they want to close the deal for Novara youth Paolo Faragò - not to mention the midfielder's entourage itself.
The 23-year-old Calabrian (like Berardi) scored seven goal for the Serie B side last season, and Juventus plan to place him with a friendly Serie A club on loan next season.
Another target? That's right, Gianluca Lapadula, who is also being pursued by Napoli, Genoa and Sassuolo. The Bianconeri have been running their phone bill high with calls to the Serie B hitman, promising a loan to Sassuolo next season, with the intention of eventually bringing him to Turin.
As Di Francesco is a big fan, Sassuolo would keep him for a couple of seasons, whilst allowing Juventus preferential treatment if they wanted to sign him.
Whilst Genoa are still monitoring the situation, Napoli are hoping that the Italo-Peruvian will choose them.
