EXCLUSIVE Romano: Juve's plan for Mandragora

Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti has been a target for Juventus since the Summer of 2012, when the French club overtook the bianconeri themselves in the hunt for the young player. The Italy international, as outlined by calciomercato.com, will remain a dream for the Piedmont’s club, as the Ligue 1 defending champions have no intention to let him go.

For this reason, Juve are thinking about another young midfielder, playing for Pescara indeed, the 18-year-old Rolando Mandragora. This latter belongs to Genoa, but the Serie A defending champions have already contacted his agents.

In any case, Juventus, as well as it happened for Verratti himself, will have to face the competition of other important clubs, as Chelsea, AS Roma, West Ham and Inter Milan. The bianconeri will try to block  him immediately and bring him in Turin at the end of the season, but Genoa require at least €10 million.
