EXCLUSIVE Romano: Juve's last desperate attempt to keep Morata

Many clubs are after Juventus striker Alvaro Morata: Paris Saint-Germain –who have already met his agents-, Arsenal –who offer him a place as a starter-, Manchester United and Chelsea. Everybody knows that Real Madrid have decided to use their rebuy clause, and that they will bring the 23-year-old to the Santiago Bernabeu and then sell him to the highest bidder.

Do the bianconeri have then a chance to bring the Spaniard back to Turin? They are trying to. The Piedmont’s club are ready to offer to the blancos €40 million, i.e. €10 million plus the amount of the rebuy clause. It seems difficult that Real will accept such offer, as they want to start an auction.

Of course, the player’s will is going to be very important too. Morata is happy at Juve, even if he knows that in England or at PSG he could have some important prospective. For this reason, the Serie A champions want to meet the player’s father as soon as possible: if the young forward would decide to stay in Turin, despite the offers that he could receive from abroad, then the Spanish club could even decide to accept the bianconeri’s offer.
