With all the talk focussing on the January transfer window, Milan are preparing a summer swoop for highly touted Atletico Mineiro defender Jemerson. 

Brazilian website Superesportes is reporting that Milan are ready to make a €10.5 million offer for the 23-year-old.

According to our sources, Milan are thinking of bringing him in next summer,w hen they will be able to work with their non-EU quota. 

Over the past few days, Adriano Galliani has begun informal talks with Jemerson's entourage. And to complicate things, AS Monaco are also following him closely. 

The defender's contract runs till 2019. It's hard not to get excited when Milan recruit highly-touted Brazilian defenders. Remember that Thiago Silva? He was good, wasn't he?
