EXCLUSIVE: Inter reject Stramaccioni’s loan offer for Juan Jesus

Former Inter boss Andrea Stramaccioni wants his old player Juan Jesus to join Panatinaikos on loan and has made an official offer to Inter, calciomercato.com has exclusively learned. The offer includes an option to make the player’s move permanent next season.

Inter, however, would prefer to sell the Brazilian defender on a permanent deal as they’re looking to free up cash in order to respect FFP rules imposed by UEFA.

Inter have rejected their former boss’ proposal for now, but they have offered the services of wonderkid Rej Manaj instead. The Albanian winger is looking for more game time and an experience outside Italy could give him more experience at an international level.

The two operations are not linked and the two parties will have a meeting in the next few days to carry on negotiations.
