JUVE EXCLUSIVE: Rugani won't leave, Zaza uncertain, €25m Gundogan offer ready
Andrea Bosco exclusively reveals that the 21-year-old, who has played only 33 minutes of Serie A football this season, will not be allowed to leave during the winter break.
Rugani, one of Serie A's leading lights last season and member of a solid defensive duo with team-mate Luca Tonelli, has struggled for playing time behind the more more established, but ageing Leonardo Bonucci, Giorgio Chiellini and Andrea Barzagli.
A return to 3-5-2 seems to have given the defence the confidence it needed to return to a high level of play, thus negating the need for Rugani.
Bosco also reveals that Martin Caceres will be sent packing in January (after another car crash in September made him too much of a liability for the club), whilst Brazilian goalkeeper Neto will likely leave too.
Simone Zaza's future is still uncertain. What Bosco can reveal is that if he does leave, it will only be on loan, and only if the club is able to find a replacement for him beforehand.
Juventus are also hoping to offer €25 million for the services of Ilkay Gundogan, which is what Borussia Dortmund were originally asking for. We'd previously reported that the Turinese outfit wasn't willing to go that far, so this development is extremely interesting to say the least.
The Bianconeri have also secured Domenico Berardi's move to Turin in summer for €18 million.
Along with him, Rolando Mandragora will likely move to Piedmont next summer, too. Juventus are ready to seal the deal and leave him in Abruzzo on loan for the rest of the season.
