EXCLUSIVE, after Morata there's Correa: Juve prepare an offer for Atletico

Having received a straightforward no from Atletico Madrid in the spring for striker Angel Correa, Juventus now feel the time is right to make a fresh assault for the 21-year-old frontman. Last season’s Champions League runners-up have been active in the transfer market especially in attack, where Gaitan has arrived from Benfica with coach Simeone still wanting another marquee signing; Gonzalo Higuain being the man in question. Now the situation as far as Juventus and Correa are concerned has changed, that’s why bianconeri executives are readying another attempt to bring him to Turin.

    MAKING THE MOVE
This new move is believed to be in the region of €20 million, which will in all probability, still not be enough to prize him away from the Spaniards but it’s a starting-point for a player who already has international experience with Argentina. Having missed most of the 2014-15 campaign with health issues, Correa is now firing on all cylinders and has convinced everybody at Juventus, that he is the man

    NOT ONLY CORREA
In addition to Correa, Juventus has also requested information on 20-year-old defender Lucas Hernandez, who Atletico have put a €21 million buy-out clause on. But for the moment, the Juventus strategy is to wait but by no means to abandon the chase.
