El Shaarawy: My move to Roma not yet official!
His words come in light of Director of Sport Walter Sabatini's recent statements, in which he claimed that the Pharaoh's signing was imminent.
“Sabatini's words? It's really nice to hear him say that, and I thank him for it. At the moment, however, there is nothing official.
I am completely focussed on ending the season well. We'll see what Roma decide once it's over”.
El Shaarawy's return to Serie A has been a glittering one, the former AC Milan star netting 7 goals in 14 games and providing a constant threat down the left for Roma.
Though he still belongs to the Rossoneri, El Shaarawy has emphasized that he would prefer to stay at the Olimpico.
