He was in Italy on holiday; it would be difficult for him to return to Serie A despite the interest from Inter and Milan. El Ghazi seems destined for the Premier League; it’s a question of the salary and the esteem that looks to have tempted him to England. In the past few days, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has encouraged the 20-year-old Ajax winger to come and join him at Anfield, but the young Moroccan, with a Dutch passport, prefers to postpone all transfer talk until the end of the season as he has a league championship to win in Holland.
 

Ajax has also ruled out any negotiations at this time but in June they will be ready to listen to offers in the region of €18-20 million. Inter and Milan are still in the race but they will have to convince the player that Serie A is the right move for him, he needs to feel he will be at the centre of an important project.
