Roma have made their decision: Edin Dzeko will leave at the end of the season. The team’s head coach has talked with his bosses, and together they have decided not to confirm the Bosnia international, who has convinced neither Rudi Garcia nor the Tuscan tactician. The poor performance in Madrid has been the last chapter of a deceiving season for the former Wolgsburg and Manchester City man, who has never resulted decisive. The 29-year-old arrived in Rome to make the difference, but he has become a second chouce.
Dzeko is then on the market, and the giallorossi –to let him go- will ask for the same amount they spent to sign him, €15 million. Moreover, the Bosnian has an extremely high salary -€4,5 million per season- and has four more years on his contract.
