Dybala agrees a new deal at Juventus
This morning’s edition of Tuttosport proclaims that Juventus striker Paulo Dybala has agreed a contract extension that will keep him in Turin until 2021. The journal states that the bianconeri are anxious to tie down their in-demand youngster and finally silence the voices coming from Spain linking the 23-year-old with a potential switch to Real Madrid. The Argentina frontman has a current deal until 2020 earning €3 million per season. Under the new agreement, he will see his salary rise to €5 million a season and CEO Beppe Marotta will meet with the player’s representatives at the end of the month to finalise the deal.
MIDFIELD REINFORCEMENTS:
Meanwhile, the journal takes a look at their quest to strengthen the midfield. Rodrigo Bentancur is virtually a done deal in an operation costing €16 million, but there is also more murmurings linking Manchester United’s Memphis Depay with a move to Turin on a possible loan-deal. Finally, there’s news of a possible Hernanes-Rincon player exchange with Genoa and of course, the ongoing saga involving Witsel and Tolisso.
