Ciro Immobile has re-joined his former team-mates at Torino on loan until the end of the season, just one year and a half- after that he decided to swop the Olimpico for Borussia Dortmund’s Signal Iduna Park.

Immobile, then, joined Sevilla FC on loan last summer after that he had failed  to impress during his one-year spell in Germany.

The 25-year-old striker will join Torino on a six-month loan for a fee of € 850.000, but Torino can exercise an € 11 million buy-out clause at the end of the season, Sky Sport Italia have revealed.

Immobile netted 23 goals in all competitions for Torino during the 2013-2014 campaign helping his side to qualify for Europa League, while he has scored just two goals in 8 La Liga games this season.

Immobile has landed at Turin Caselle Airport around 11.00 pm local time and is expected to undergo medical tomorrow.
