Dani Osvaldo close to Serie A return
Sources close to the club have revealed Osvaldo has not reject the chance to be wearing the newly-promoted Serie A team’s shirt and negotiations between the two parties are ongoing.
Osvaldo has already played for Fiorentina, Bologna, Roma, Juventus and Inter in Serie A and a new meeting between Pescara and the player’s entourage will take place today.
Pescara will offer Osvaldo a one-year-deal with option to extend for one more season at the end of the next campaign.
Osvaldo, 30, was sacked by Boca Juniors a few months ago for unprofessional behaviour and is now free to join any other club for nothing. He has scored 41 goals in 124 games in Serie A throughout his career.
